No. Every Satya trip is a private charter. When you book, the whole boat is yours — you'll never share with strangers. Satya carries a maximum of 10 guests.

Safety always comes first. If sea conditions aren't safe, we'll postpone or cancel, and you'll receive a full refund. We're never in a rush to go out in poor conditions — we put people before profit.

Day cruises and customised trips include light snacks, drinking water, tea and coffee. There are 12 sets of snorkelling gear on board. It's good quality, but it isn't ideal for children or a perfect fit for everyone, so you're welcome to bring your own personally fitted gear for yourself or your kids.

Private transfers include the boat only.

Satya departs from the beachfront in south Sanur, in front of Power of Now Oasis (see "Where is your office?" below for directions to our office).

We can arrange transport to and from your hotel if you'd like, but most guests prefer to make their own arrangements — it usually works out more convenient and better value, especially if your hotel offers guest transport.

We accept bank transfer, major credit cards, or cash in local currency at the office.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking, at least 24 hours before departure. We'll also need the full name and passport number of every passenger, as we're required to obtain port clearance 24 hours before departure. This is an Indonesian regulation that applies to all professional boat operators.

Up to 2 pieces of baggage per person, plus up to 2 surfboards per person (in board bags). We take great care with your belongings, but we can't accept responsibility for lost or damaged property.

We're based at Power of Now Oasis, on the beachfront in south Sanur. Satya is part of that company — a yoga school that owns the studio there.

You'll find us right on the beachfront, between the Mercure Resort and the Prama Hotel. As we're on the sand, there's no road address — instead, look for the two-storey bamboo building set in a beautiful garden, with the entrance off the beachfront bike path.

Yes — Satya is one of the safest boats in Bali. She was built in 2026 to a high standard, designed by an experienced naval architect, and carries full safety equipment well beyond the local requirements: an auto-release liferaft, top-quality life jackets, and an inflatable collar around the hull that adds stability and makes her virtually unsinkable.

Satya was built by a retired Australian captain for his own use, as well as for sharing with guests from his hotel and wellness centre. He oversees the operation and personally trained the crew.
